1. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full papers to ISSS 2026. All submitted manuscripts should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

2. All full paper submission to the ISSS 2026 can be written in English only;

3. All submitted manuscripts will be sent to at least two reviewers;

4. The Corresponding Author of All submissions can recommend two or more reviewers；

5. Only registered and paid papers will be scheduled in the conference program and proceedings.
